I created 51 & Proof Consulting uniquely for the craft whiskey distilleries. The last five years have been an amazing wild ride where I helped build one of the most prolific bourbon brands in our industry- Penelope Bourbon. We had no choice but to think outside the box. That gave us an ultimate leading edge. Through those experiences, I have honed in on how to identify blindspots and optimize them.
